Text Messaging

1. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any QuickShare Photos gallery phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to any QuickShare Photos gallery phone number. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

4. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:

You will receive one message when you join an Event, and one message when/if the Event organizer sends you a link to the Event's gallery. 7. QuickShare.Photos is not a "Mission Critical" service. You are required to backup any key data that you don't want to lose. You are not entitled to rely on quickshare.photos for the successful operation of your own business, and we do not guarantee service uptime or availability.

QuickShare.Photos provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and QuickShare.Photos is not responsible for their content or services. QuickShare.Photos is not liable for damages, direct or indirect, howsoever caused by using the site, and QuickShare.Photos is not liable for consequential losses borne in the event services fail. In no event shall QuickShare.Photos' total liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, or through binding arbitration conducted in that county. Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through mediation.

Suspension and Termination

QuickShare.Photos may suspend or terminate your access or account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or pose a security risk.

We will provide notice to the email associated with your account before suspension or termination when reasonably possible.

If you believe your access was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of notice.
